So there they were, at Riverwalk Park in Bakersfield on a late afternoon right before sunset. No stress, just good times during this family mini session.

Kids being a bit wild? No big deal!

It was all about the easy flow of parents and kids playing, goofing around, and sharing some cozy cuddles..

The soft glow created the perfect backdrop for our outdoor session. The key is to find a place where the little ones can run, explore, and be their playful selves.

We played games, encouraged the kids to run around and be goofy. The key here is to go with the flow and let their energy dictate the pace.

Because candid shots are where the real magic happens. While we did include some traditional posed shots, the candid moments were the real gems.

These are the moments that truly tell the story of a family’s love.
