This week I had to pleasure of working with Vanessa for my stock photography portfolio. For those who don’t know what stock photography is: Wikipedia says “Stock photography is the supply of photographs, which are often licensed for specific uses. It is used to fulfill the needs of creative assignments instead of hiring a photographer, often for a lower cost. Today, stock images can be presented in searchable online databases. They can be purchased and delivered online.” And yeah, now I have a stock photography portfolio here. So far, mostly my daughter’s photos are available for purchase, but more is coming soon! It’s a lot of fun to pick a theme and shoot on my own pace and desire. Being a stock photography contributor was always something in my mind. And finally I’m into it. Yay!
So, from now on watch out my “Model Calls” for specific projects I’ll be working on in the future.
You can pose for me in exchange of digital files. All I ask is to sign a model release – which basically states that you give me permission to use the photos. So, it’s win win! As I told, I will be announcing the opportunities. Make sure you follow my Facebook Page and blog to get a chance of being photographed at no charge!
